Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow OTS’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube).
- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation:
- Generate well-researched blogs and articles focused on WordPress, plugins, and web development.
- Create high-quality, engaging animated videos, posters, and infographics for promotions and education.
- Develop guest posts for external sites to establish OTS as an authority in the industry.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the team to align content with the company’s vision and marketing strategy.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, plugins, and web development trends.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar for design work.
- Experience with blogging platforms and SEO practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
